Weekly
runs
Multiple runs a week across Dallas and Irving. Free, open to everybody, and never a race unless you want it to be.
The week
Where we meet
These are our regular spots. Routes rotate, seasons shift start times, and pop-up runs get added — so pull the monthly schedule before you plan around any of it.
Every run has a front group, a middle group and a back group, plus walkers. You will not be dropped.

How a run
actually goes
Sign the waiver
One annual form. Fill it out at home so you're not doing paperwork in a parking lot.
Arrive 15 early
Park, check in, grab a name tag if it's your first time. Say something — somebody will say it back.
Line up by pace
Group leaders call out paces before we move. Pick honestly, and pick differently next week if you want.
Stay after
The run is the excuse. The part after is the reason people keep coming back.

Questions
Before you
come out
Do I have to be fast?
No. We have people running sub-7 miles and people walking the whole thing on the same night, and both of them get the same welcome. Pick the pace group that's honest for today.
Does it cost anything?
Weekly runs are free. Membership is a way to support the Foundation, not a fee to run with us.
What should I bring?
Running shoes, water, and a light or reflective layer for evening runs. That's it.
Can I bring a stroller or a dog?
Strollers are welcome on most routes. Dogs depend on the location, so check that day's post before you bring one.
Can I come alone?
Most people do the first time. Tell a group leader it's your first run and you'll be introduced around before we start.
How do I know if a run is cancelled?
Weather calls go out on Instagram first. Following @runitup_dallas and joining the email list covers you.
